    Returns & Exchanges: We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are not, we want to make it right. All items can be returned within 7 days of purchase.  Items may be exchanged only 30 days from their purchase date. Custom designed merchandise, special orders, sale items, special orders, gift cards, or any personalized engraved merchandise are final sale. All returned and exchanged items must be unworn and unaltered in any way.

    Layaway Terms: A minimum deposit of 30% of the total purchase price is required to initiate a layaway.

    The remaining balance must be paid in full within 90 days (unless otherwise agreed in writing).

    Payments may be made at any time during the layaway period. Customers are responsible for making regular payments to satisfy the balance within the stated timeframe. Failure to make payments does not extend the layaway term unless approved by management.

     

    Cancellation & Default

    Layaway items not paid in full within the agreed timeframe will be considered abandoned
    If a layaway is canceled by the customer or deemed abandoned, payments made are non-refundable. A store credit may be issued at management’s discretion. Store credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.

    Communication Responsibility

    Customers are responsible for maintaining updated contact information. Kanrick’s Jewelers may attempt to contact customers regarding overdue layaways; however, lack of communication does not waive policy terms.

    Merchandise Holding

    All layaway merchandise will be held until paid in full. Once a layaway is paid in full and merchandise is picked up, it is subject to our standard return and exchange policy.

     

    Policy Acknowledgment

    By entering into a layaway agreement, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all terms outlined in this policy.
